Information about the festival:
The international multi-genre competition-festival is a unique and exclusive contest-festival in Europe.
“International Youth Forum” provides all teams the opportunity to perform on the best stages of Bulgaria, regardless of the choice of the resort and the category of accommodation.
The competition is held under the protection of the mayor’s office of the cities of Varna, the resorts of Obzor, St. Elena, Golden Sands, Albena.
The organizer of the competition is the international producer center of young artists “International Youth Forum” (United Kingdom) and Czech Charitable Foundation “Mezinarodni Forum Mláděže”.
The co-founders of the festival is French “Disneyland”.
Each participant of the festival receives a badge, a memorable and a brand gift of the festival.
In addition, all laureates receive grants to participate in the festival “The Sympathies of Europark” with a performance in the French Disneyland. Videos of our festivals are being viewed more than in 100 countries over the world.
The competition takes place on the stages of hotels and resorts. Competitive concert is held in the historical monuments of town Nessebar and on the resort scenes of Golden Sands, Obzor, Bulgaria, Albena. Gala concerts take place on the best stages in the Varna city: Theatre “The Green Scene” and Congress center.
The concept of the “International Youth Forum” festivals is to provide the best scenes on which World level stars act, giving both professional and non-professional groups the best conditions for creativity.
During the festival will be held:
- competition by nominations.
- the opening ceremony of the competition.
- program of master-classes of leading European teachers (according to preliminary applications).
- disco for the participants, meetings with foreign teams, an extensive cultural program.
- awarding ceremony for participants of the festival and a gala concert of the winners with fireworks.
- collaborative finale beneath the festival anthem.
- handing of commemorative gifts.
- VIP-meeting for leaders.
- interviews and reports to the press, television and online Web broadcasts.
We invite children and youth, adults and mixed Folklor groups and performers from all countries of the World:
- Non-professional art – a division, which can participate children and youth creative teams and performers engaged in on the basis of the studios, clubs, Center of additional education and Recreation, Palaces and houses of cultureChildren and Youth Creativity Palace and others. Independent folk groups, carrying the culture of the region.
- Professional art – a division, in which can participate children and youth creative teams and performers engaged in on the basis of Children School of Arts, Music School and other institutions, which are stipulates in the charter « primary professional education », and students of secondary specialized music schools.

Each participant of the festival (the collective or the soloist) submits an application and provides the following documents to the Organizing Committee, confirming the intention to take part in the festival:

In response to the application and to confirm receipt of documents for registration, the Organizing Committee sends an official invitation for group and confirmation of the hotel reservation, which is necessary to present in the consulate.
The festival participants prepare a contest program corresponding to the nomination..
After sending an application to the Organizing Committee it is necessary to pay a registration fee of 1,500Eur per group. This sum is counted as a pledge and will be charged with further calculations. The remaining amount shall be transferred to the account within 3 weeks prior to arrival.
If you need a transfer to the Czech Republic or transfer from Brest and Lviv, it is necessary to declare, not later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Festival categorys:
- Non-professional art – a division, which can participate children and youth creative teams and performers from the studios, clubs, centers of additional education and recreation, schools and houses of culture, children and youth creativity schools, independent folk groups, carrying the culture of the region and others.
- Professional art – a division, in which can participate children and youth creative teams and performers engaged in on the basis of Children School of Arts, Music School and other institutions, which are stipulates in the charter « primary professional education », and students of secondary specialized music schools.
Objectives and aims of the festival:
The objective of the festival is to compete to the jury of the festival at a closed show. Then perform in front of the audience and the press on professional stages (the winners will be announced at the gala concert).
The festival aims to identify the most talented and colorful performers, unlocking creative potential of children and youth, popularization of different types and directions of creative activity, improve the professional level of creative groups and individual performers, introduction of new trends and directions in art and pedagogy through creative communication to group leaders and children, fostering cultural dialogue from different countries, proclaiming and implementing the principles of peaceful coexistence of the people all over the world, tolerance and creative understanding.
Prizes and awards:
- The Grand Prix winners – absolute winners receive:
A big trophy – “World of Youth & Olympic Games” and recieves grant to participate in “The sympathies of Europark” with a performance in French Disneyland;
The Grand Prix prize and the Grand Prix diplomas for each participant of the group;
The Grand Prix medals for choreographer and for dancers;
The Grand Prix medals for choirmaster and for vocal group;
The Grand Prix medals for the dirigent and for orchestra;
The Grand Prix medals for leader of the circus and for circus group;
The Grand Prix medals for leader sports shows and for sports show team;
The Grand Prix medals for leader of the theater and for theater company;

The participation fee of the festival includes transfer, performance, competition and awarding.

Jury of the festival:
The judging is being made from a 20 point system.
The competition program is evaluated by an independent jury, which includes honored artists and artists, professional teachers, active performers, patrons, representatives of the media and state structures of Bulgaria and other countries.
The jury has the right: to share a place between participants, not to award some places, to award someone with a special prizes.
The jury has the right to select the best concert numbers for the final Gala concert.
The decision of the jury is approved and formalized by the protocol that is final and can not be changed.
Participants are given the following titles:
- The Grand Prix winners;
- Laureates of 1st, 2nd, 3rd degrees;
- Participant of the festival.
Participants are awarded the following prizes:
- The cups of Bohemian glass (for groups begining from 10 people)
- Memorable gifts and diplomas from the World Culture Unia (for the 1st degree laureates and a small groups).
- Diplomas of Grand Prix winners and 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree laureates;
- Thanksgiving letters to the groups’ sponsors (with advance registration of application).
The Grand Prix and 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree laureates receive grants to participate in the festival tour “The sympathies of Europark” (with a performance at French Disneyland).

Availability of hotels is guaranteed, with the timely application, after confirmation of participation.
The program is being adjusted for each group.
In the arrival and departure days, it is possible to wait at airports for 2-3 hours.
We provided special transfer prices for group and individual.
The price includes animation of the hotel or festival children’s and youth center.
The price includes a hotel service, which is provided free of charge.
The price does not include:
- Visa processing.
- Travel to Brest, Kaliningrad or Lviv and Chernivtsi.
- Transfer from the airports of Varna and Burgas.
- Hotel service, which is available at an additional cost.
- All that is not written in the “cost is included.”
- Service of the coordinators of the championship in the language of the group or in English.
- Festival fee (extra charge).
To participate in the festival it is necessary to pay registration of the Application – 30-40 euros per person (depending on the size of the group).
Registration of the Application is included in the total cost of participation and is not an additional payment.
In case of your refusal the fee is not refundable.
