We start from the interest of promoting international co-operation of art schools and ensembles, children's and youth sports associations so that there is a motivation for pupils, students and teachers and its further development activities.

This in turn will lead to the quality and quantity of contacts between those participating on the international arena to exchange experiences, not only among the competitors, but also between its leaders and teachers at festivals, enabling them to present the results of their work.
