  • A broad display of achievements and the level of performance of creative teams of viewers from around the world.
  • Strengthening mutual understanding and friendly relations between groups of different countries through a form of cultural dialogue.
  • Preservation and continuity of cultural traditions of the peoples of different countries of the world.
  • Formation of the Youth movement on the basis of children’s and youth art, high aesthetic taste on the examples of the best examples of artistic creativity.
  • Enhance the artistic level of the repertoire of groups and the performing skills of the participants, using the opportunity to perform on professional stages.
  • Development of international, inter-regional and international relations in the field of children’s and youth creativity, a form of cultural dialogue.
  • Broadening the horizons and intellectual level of children and young people from different countries.
  • Creating an atmosphere of an unforgettable creative holiday.
  • To acquaint creative teams with the history and culture of the cities of the Mediterranean.

ORDER OF ORGANIZATION AND CONDUCT:

The festival will include:

Entertainment shows, discos in the liner program;
Informative walks in historical places in accordance with the route.
Business card groups – evening dating.
1 round competition on video footage performances of the contestants!
Round 2 – qualifying round of contestants on the ship!
Ceremony of awarding participants and a gala concert in the theater COSTA Diadema
Possible participation in the festival out of competition.

The festival is open to groups from 5 to 28 years old and mixed groups.

An indispensable condition for participation in the festival is to provide videos to the state committee of the participants’ performances (professional and amateur video recording is allowed). The Organizing Committee accepts the participants’ video commentaries by providing direct links to videos posted on the Internet, and video recording (VHS format) or DVD performances. Links to videos are indicated in the application.

The competition is attended by both groups and individual performers, students of musical and theatrical universities, students of secondary specialized educational institutions of art and culture, as well as participants of amateur performances in the following nominations: vocal, choral singing, instrumental music, vocal and instrumental ensembles , choreography, fashion theater, original and theatrical genre, artists. To participate in the festivals are allowed a mixed age group. The age group of the ensembles is determined by the average age of the participants (the sum of the ages of the team is divided by the number of participants).

COMPETITIVE NOMINATIONS AND AGE CATEGORIES

1. VOCAL (pop, academic, folk, theater songs)

Participants perform 2 different works, the timing of which should not exceed 3 minutes. * When evaluating competitive performances, light support (various special lighting effects) is not taken into account;

For vocal collectives, the use of their radio microphones or head sets is allowed, unless technical characteristics of the equipment interfere with this;
The performance of vocalists under the phonogram “plus” is prohibited;

It is forbidden to use phonograms, where in back-vocal parts the main batch of the soloist is duplicated;

2. CHOICE SINGING (academic, folk, pop direction)

correspondence of the repertoire to the performance capabilities and age category of the performer;
Participants perform 2 works, one of which is acapella, the timing of which should not exceed 4 minutes. ATTENTION! Exceeding the time set, perhaps only in consultation with the organizing committee.

3. TOOL GENRE (divided by musical instruments)

MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND PROCESSORS OF SOUND EFFECTS TO THEM, COMBUSTER, IMPACT INSTALLATION BY COMPETITION ORGANIZERS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

4. CHOREOGRAPHY

  • Folk dance – ethnic, folk, characteristic. Dances of different nationalities, with exposure of style, technique and music;
  • Stylized dance – the performance of folk dances in modern arrangements;
  • Sports and pop dance – a combination of choreography, acrobatics, gymnastics;
  • Ballo – sports dance (formation)
  • Pop dance – traditional pop dance characteristic, disco, classical jazz, mixed style;
  • Contemporary dance – contemporary, jazz-modern, modern, neo-folk, afro-jazz, afro, with endurance of style and technique;
  • Classical dance;
  • DMI classic – modern vision, performance of classical dance;
  • Dance show – in this nomination it is possible to use any lighting effects, vocals, circus tricks, etc. The costume acts as an additional effect on the show;
  • Street Dancing – Locking, Popping, Hip-Hop, House, Break-Dance, Crump, Whacking, Vogue, Street Jazz, Dancehall, C-Walk, Electro;
  • Ensemble (divided into a duet, trio, quartet, etc.)Debut 5-8 years
    1 age category: 8 -10 years
    2 age category: 10-12 years

    Work on pointe in the age group “1” is strictly prohibited!
    Each participant of the festival is obliged to have internationally-insured medical insurance covering choreography and sports!

    composition of the number
    correspondence of repertoire to age characteristics of performers
    stage design (plastic, costume, props, performance culture)
    artistry, the disclosure of the artistic image
    Participants perform 2 dances, the timing of which should not exceed 4 minutes.ATTENTION! Exceeding the time set, perhaps only in consultation with the organizing committee.

5. THEATER MOD (pret-a-porter, evening wear, children's clothing, stage costume, historical costume)

The teams represent a competition program (two collections) in the form of a show, consisting of one or several themes. For the age groups, the evaluation criteria are not divided:

  • costume design
  • integrity of composition, unity of purpose, originality of the director’s decision
  • consistency in style (costume, hairstyle, choreography, music)
  • originality of the author’s decision, the integrity of the collection
  • unity of design, silhouette shapes and color solutions
  • musical arrangement
  • artistry performance
  • quality and craftsmanship
  • the complexity of the artistic decision

Each participant of the festival is obliged to have internationally-insured medical insurance covering choreography and sports.
Participants represent 2 collections, the duration of one collection should not exceed 3 minutes. ATTENTION! Exceeding the time set, perhaps only in consultation with the organizing committee.

6. ORIGINAL GENRE (plastic etude, acrobatics, juggling, clownery)

CAUTION! All species, except those that are associated with air and fire.

The circus team is invited to submit a circus composition.
Solo
Ensemble (divided into a duet, trio, quartet, etc.)

2 age category: 10-12 years
3 age category: 13-15 years old
4 age category: 16-25 years
5 age category: Professional (age is not limited!)
Mixed group
Criteria for evaluation:

  • level of training and performance skills
  • technical capabilities of the team
  • artistry
  • scenic (plastic, costume, performance culture)
  • complexity of the executable program
  • program decoration

Each participant of the festival is obliged to have internationally-insured medical insurance covering choreography and sports!
Participants perform 2 circus numbers, the timing of which should not exceed 4 minutes. ATTENTION! Exceeding the time set, perhaps only in consultation with the organizing committee.

AWARDING PARTICIPANTS:

The results of the competition and awarding are held in all nominations separately, taking into account age categories and provide for the award of the title of Grand Prix holder, laureates of three prizes (Golden, Silver, Bronze), diploma winners (Golden, Silver, Bronze), participant’s diploma;
If there is a situation where there are no contenders for the Grand Prix and prizes, they are not awarded.
At the discretion of the organizing committee, participants are awarded special prizes and awards, memorable gifts.
Information about the results of the performance is announced ONLY ON GALA-CONCERT
The ceremony of awarding diplomas and prizes is held only at a gala concert.
The program of the gala concert is determined by the production and directing group.
The Organizing Committee has the right, at its discretion, to mark accompanists and team leaders with special diplomas, prizes and gifts.
All protocols are sent to the Organizing Committee of the competition – the festival.

ATTENTION! The evaluation sheets and comments of the jury members are confidential information, are not shown and are not issued!
The decisions of the jury are final, not subject to revision and appeal!
The Organizing Committee accepts claims on the organization of the contest-festival ONLY IN WRITING WAY!

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The competition is prepared and conducted by the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee approves the composition of the jury in each nomination until 15.01.2021
The organizers of the competition are not responsible for the use of works by the contestants during performances in the competition-festival. All property claims, including authors and holders of related rights, can only be addressed to the bidder.
Replacing the repertoire during the festival is prohibited!
The declared program of performance of participants can not be changed after the confirmation of receipt of the application by the festival organizer
The teams perform according to a pre-arranged program, which is announced upon arrival at the festival during the registration process.
The approved order of the numbers of participants is made taking into account the time to prepare for the next exit and is not subject to change
Phonograms should be recorded on CD-R disk with high sound quality + flash drive. Each sound recording should be on a separate carrier with the name of the work, the name of the ensemble or the surname of the artist, as well as the duration of the sound of the work. Standard technical equipment at the competition: 3 Dynamic microphones; 2 Condenser microphones, monitors; pianoforte; system for playing CD / mixer / speaker system; concert lighting; chairs. Additional equipment is ordered separately for extra. fee!
The Organizing Committee has the right to use and distribute (without paying fees to participants and guests of the competition) audio and video recordings, printed and other types of products produced during the events of the festival and on its results.
Support groups, viewers are allowed to participate in the competition program.
Sponsors and sponsors can take part in the organization of the festival. The terms of their participation in the organization of the competition are agreed with the organizing committee
Each participant has the right to advertise his sponsor
Video filming of the qualifying round by participants and persons accompanying them for personal use is not allowed!
Professional photo and video shooting is possible only by agreement with the organizing committee!

Competition fees do not include any insurance. The organizing committee of the festival is not responsible for possible accidents, thefts during the events of the festival in the halls or outside of them.

Participation in the Competition-Festival implies the unconditional agreement of the participants with all points of this provision.
ATTENTION!
Failure to comply with the terms of this Regulation entails exclusion from participation in the festival. The organizers reserve the right to make changes and additions to the conditions and the program of organizing and holding the festival.

THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

  1. The application form of the participant of the established form only in Word format (Partially completed application forms are not considered and are not allowed to the competition) + Registration fee should be provided until 15.08.2020

  2. Signed concert schedule
  3. Participants’ video  should be provided by direct links to videos posted on the Internet to artmarket@praha-cz.net and info@forumart.com
  4. Provision of color photos of the team in costumes that will be dressed during the performance on stage to artmarket@praha-cz.net and info@forumart.com
  5. The number of participants in the creative team is not limited, but the minimum number of participants is 20 + 1 head!
  6. The participant or team has the right to participate in several categories with the condition of providing a separate application form for each nomination
  7. Additional nomination is paid separately – 20 eur / for each participant in the nomination *
  8. Group should pay all extra payments for transport and festival program (accommodation, meals, excursions, entrance fees) before starting of cruise.
  9. All additional excursions and services groups should be ordered only through the organizers of the festival with pre-agreed prices.
  10. In case of organizing a group excursion on an independent initiative – the cruise company have right to take a fee of 12 eur / per day for each member of the group.
  11. Each group member is obliged to insure participants for the duration of the trip abroad (the festival organizers can assist in  providing health insurance).
  12. All participants must provide lists of group to enter data into the cruise company system when paying the registration fee!
    All lists should be in Word Document. Errors are not allowed. Please distribute participants to the cabins.

Personal data should be writen in English letters, as indicated in the passport: Name and Surname / Date of birth / Number of foreign passport / date of issue of passport / date of expiry of the passport / citizenship

Additions and changes that are made to the list after approval by the organizer are paid separately! (65 euros per person / for each change)!

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

5% discount is provided for early bookings until 28.02.2020

All teams applying for the XV World of Youth Cruise Festival up to 15.08.2020 can take advantage of championship grants.

The teams that applied after 02.28.2020 can not take advantage of the championship grants if there is room for this cruise.

Participation in the Festival is confirmed by the invitation after making the registration fee for the team:

  • number of participants 20 +1 leader – 2900, – EUR
  • number of participants 30 + 1.5 leader – 3900, -EUR
  • number of participants 40 + 2 leader – 4900, -EUR
  • number of participants 50 + 2 leader – 5900, -EUR
  • number of participants 60 +3 leader – 6900, -EUR

Payment of the registration fee guarantees a prior reservation of the cabin and costing per group.

The registration fee is taken into account in the total payment for the group.

In case of cancellation after confirming the lists and reservations, the registration fee is not refundable! *

Each calculation is agreed with the team leader, and only after confirming accommodation for the cabins and the final cost, 50% advance payment of the total cost of the reservation is paid, in the terms set in the invoice.

Service fee for groups – Additionally paid at the reception when settling:

On a cruise on the liner, you will be served everywhere by superbly trained personnel. So that you do not have unnecessary hassle, MSC automatically includes in your account daily service fee for accommodation. Its size depends on the route you chose and the number of days of the actual provision of services.

Daily tips:

  • 10 € / night – Adults (18 years and older);
  • 5 € / night – Children (from 4 years to 17 years);
  • Children (up to 4 years old) -Not charged

Tips are paid on board and automatically included in the final bill / children festival participants are exempted from payment * confirmed on board at the discretion of the MSC

  • With a group of more than 20 people, one free place is provided (20 +1 * in the inner cabin)
  • With a group of more than 30 people + 1 head – for free, the second head discount of 50% (30 + 1.5 * in the inner cabin)
  • With a group of more than 40 people, 2 free places are provided (40 + 2 * in the inner cabin)
  • With a group of more than 50 people, 2 free places are provided (50 + 2 * in the inner cabin)
  • With a group of more than 60 people, 3 free places are provided (60 + 3 in the inner cabin)

the teams applying for the XV World of Youth Cruise Festival after 02.2020 can take advantage of the championship grants if there is room for this cruise.
Price includes full cruise ship service and boat taxes.
The price also includes basic drinks without a bar and waiters’ service during breakfasts, and independent water intake at the point of supply of drinking water, except for lunch and dinner.
Price does not include: service charge and excursions
Price without P / Dr mark does not include drinks.
The price is divided for children under 17 years of age (who are not 17 years old on the day of the start of the cruise) and adults, all who are 17 years old on the day of the start of the cruise.

Food and drinks:

Accommodation and meals: Meals “Full board” in the main restaurants only on board!

Special meals: you can order a special diet food, but on the condition that the request will be made in advance (at the time of booking). Guests are offered gluten-free products: light snacks, cookies, croissants, biscuits and pastry. A kosher menu is available on request no later than 2 months before the cruise.

Drinking mode: at breakfast and lunch buffet buffet standard drinks (water, coffee, tea, cocoa – without restrictions, only at Buffet Restaurant) * the team can choose food in the restaurant – buffet for dinner, thereby preserving a free drinking regime at the Restaurant Buffet

BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
To apply for a reservation, festival participants need to contact an authorized agent – the International Youth Forum

Having booked a World of Youth Cruise / Package, the person who made the reservation confirms and agrees that all persons listed in the booking application / list are obliged to comply with the Booking Conditions and that he / she has the authority to accept such Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons listed in the Booking Application and Confirmation.

When booking a participant (team) must make a prepayment of the registration fee:

number of participants 50 + 2 managers – 5900, -EUR
number of participants 60 +3 manager – 6900, -EUR

The full cost estimate is prepared and approved after paying the registration fee.

The availability and categories of cabins are distributed only on the day after the payment of the fee, which will be taken into account when calculating!

In case of cancellation, the fee is non-refundable! *

or full payment of the cruise, depending on the amount of time between the date of booking and the date of commencement of the cruise.

A reservation is considered completed when the International Youth Forum accepts a list of passengers (the participating team).

At the time of booking a place on each COSTA – Cruise must be available. The booking contract is not concluded until payment has been made in the amount of the fee and 50% of the cost of the cruise and the participants are not issued a voucher confirming the booking.

Not less than 80% of the cost must be paid 90 days before departure, and full 100% payment must be transferred no later than 55 days before departure.

If the booking application is sent less than 90 days before departure, then the full 100% payment must be transferred at the time of booking.

In the event that the participant fails to transfer the balance 55 days before departure, COSTA and the International Youth Forum have the right to cancel the Booking without notifying the Passenger and impose a penalty for cancellation, regardless of whether the Cruise is resold or not.

Reservation change upon passenger request

CHANGES IN COSTA BOOKING ON PASSENGER REQUEST

Changes to the name and other changes to the booking can be made 80 – 66 days before departure, with an administrative fee of COSTA 60 euros per person for a change.
Changes to the name and other changes to the booking 65 – 40 days before departure, an administrative fee of COSTA 60 euro per person per change.
Name changes in the booking must be made no later than 40 days prior to departure, with an administrative fee of 60 euros per person.
Requests for changes to reservations received within 39 days prior to the date of departure are treated as cancellation, in which case cancellation penalties specified below will apply.
In the event that the changes requested by passengers entail the printing of new cruise tickets, in addition to the above mentioned fares, an amount of EUR 150 per cabin will be charged to cover additional costs.

Cancellation at the passenger’s request

CANCELLATION OF COSTA ON THE INITIATIVE OF THE PARTICIPANT

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (by email, to artmarket@praha-cz.net) only on weekdays / Mon-Fri: from 10:00 to 14: 00 * Saturday, Sunday – days off!
All issued tickets and a confirming invoice must be returned along with a notice of cancellation. To cover the approximate amount of expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation, COSTA collects penalties — an amount according to the table below:

Marseille founded in 600 BC Greeks called Massalia. Legend has it that the king of the Ligurian tribes was looking for a groom for his daughter Gippis and convened a banquet on this occasion. Jeeptis chose the Greek Protis by handing him a goblet of wine. As a wedding gift, the newlyweds turned out part of the coast, where the city of Massalia was laid.

Do not forget to visit the popular neighborhoods: chat with locals at the market in Ruzaf and try the many local specialties. The name of the liner is associated with Greek mythology. If you remember, the daughter of Poseidon was also called Fortune! Now this Greek beauty walks in the Mediterranean.

On board there are 3 pools, one of which is covered with a glass roof in case of bad weather. There is not much space on the open deck, especially when the liner is full of passengers. The open deck is lined with sun loungers.

Costa Fortuna is aimed at European tourists. Like on other liners here you will find many Italian details in style, in fact, like the Italians themselves. Just navigate inside the liner. Decks are named after the cities of Europe and South America. Therefore, it is enough to remember the name of the city and you can return to the place where you liked it.

For entertainment, there are 3 decks, on which there are 11 bars, restaurants, lounges, a casino and much more. Like all other liners of this company, there is a small chapel on board. Also on board you will find a small library, an Internet center, a card room, an art gallery, a video games room.

Italians love to travel on this airliner, so be prepared for a round-the-clock holiday! A lot of children, especially during the holidays. The liner staff consists of Italians and Filipinos.

There are no cabins on board, with a partially limited view; cabins with a window all have a good view.

In addition to the two main restaurants, there are several alternative ones, at an additional cost. The Club Restaurant is very elegant and cozy. It is located under a transparent glass roof. Dinner here will cost about 20 euros. And do not forget to make a reservation in advance.
