FESTIVAL “BLOSSOMING CZECH” 2007

Festival " Blossoming Czech" has passed from May, 1 till May, 6th in Czech Republic. More than 20 collectives from all parts of Russia (from Moscow. St.-Petersburg, Ulyanovsk, New Ladoga, Kaluga, and also from Tatarstan), from Ukraine and, certainly, from Czech Repuclic have taken part in festival.

 

The international children's and youth festival passed under the patronage of Embassy of the Russian Federation. Concerts have passed in Prague in a concert hall on Vinograds and in Teplice in a hall of the Folk theatre and on open-air stage Mushle.

 

Spectators had an opportunity to get acquainted with dancing and singing numbers in execution of young actors from Czech Republic and the East Europe. Each of participating collectives in their creative life, even has once won a place of honour at the international competition.

 

The Grand prix of festival were received by the Orchestra of Russian national tools of Children's musical school № 2 in honor of Prokof’ev from Vladimir. The head of collective Galina Samoilov had highly estimated the main contenders: the Orchestra "Tuning fork" from Cherepovets and the Orchestra " Northern Venice " from St.-Petersburg.

 

All public was surprised with dancing school "Vologodskie Uzory" from Vologda, which has shown a high level, as well as in a nomination modern dance, and in a nomination national dance. The heads of collective are Gorbacheva Vera and Fedotovskaja Vera, who have more than 300 children in their school.

 

Other best collectives became Exemplary variety theatre "Mosajka" from Vojkovitsy, Russia, dancing collective "Rocket" from Nizhni Novgorod, Russia, Studio of a variety song and dance "The Cheerful company " from Caluga, Russia and singing ensemble "Mizgel" from Tatarstan. Czech collectives "Poupata" (Teplice) and ensemble of guitarists also have been perfectly met by public. A concert have visited more than 500 spectators among whom were as Czech as Foreigners. Representatives of a diplomatic coprs also have highly estimated children's creativity.

 

Judges have highly estimated participants of festival. The jury of festival consisted of outstanding figures of the Czech culture

  • Chairman of jury – Miroslava Peshikova, the prima ballerina of the Folk theatre of Prague, the deserved actress of Czech Republic
  • Producer of festival and the judge – Libusha Kralova, the chief of the South-Czech theatre of ballet,
  • Judge - Peter Gorak, the tenor of Original musical theatre of Prague
  • Judge - Adolf Melihar, the first chorus master of the State Opera Theatre of Prague
