We are THE ENDOWMENT FUND INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF YOUTH - organizer of the festivals INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF CHILDRENS AND YOUTHS ARTS in Prague, Teplice, České Budějovice, Karlovy Vary, Český Krumlov (Czech Republic), Berlin, Nürnberg, Dresden (Germany), Paris (France), Salzburg, Wien (Austria), Venice, Rimini (Italy).

The fund began its activity as a social movement in 2002 like a J&S Group - organizer of the festivals. In 2009 it got legal status as a nonprofit organization ENDOWMENT FUND INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF YOUTH. By organizing social programs for children's and youth's creative work (competitions, seminars, master-classes) the fund contributes to preservation of cultural traditions of different countries and supports talented children of different nationalities especially surrounding by care and attention those in difficult life situations. It unites the children from all over the world cultivates tolerance and respect towards other cultures and religions.

The festivals of the Endowment Fund International Forum of Youth has been in existence since 2002 and is now a biennial event. It has established itself as an intimate, friendly, well-organised event with an emphasis on making life as easy as possible for participating groups and their directors.

Since 2002, projects organized by the fund have been supported by the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic, by the City Hall of Prague, governors of regions and international organizations and political structures in the EU. Also, the festival of the Endowment Fund was included in the culture program of the Czech Presidency of the European Union in 2009.

Every year the fund organizes over 15 social projects in the Czech Republic, Germany, FranceAustria and in other countries with a total participation of about 10,000 children. and

The project main aims are:

• To contribute to the development of culture and of European youth’s art. To give to the children as well as to their teachers the opportunity to learn about the new tendances in art and in pedagogy, to show them the works of young composers, poets, directors, choreographers in order to expand their repertoire.
• To find and support talented artists to heighten their level of performance by organizing master-classes of the leading professors from Europe and other countries.
  
• To help the teachers that work in the social cultural sphere with youths to improve their professional skills. 
• To implement the program “Professional interest” (the aim is to improve the public image of the teacher in the cultural sphere).
• To draw the attention of public organisations and institutes to the problems of European children and youth's art.
• To bring together children performing groups from around the world in order to share music and dance, exchange cultural ideas and experiences, and promote peace and understanding among the participants.
